Privacy Policy

Hayward Legal Group is a player-run roleplay organization in the Roblox game Project Ventura. It is not a real law firm. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the members who run the organization and this website.

This website is static. It has no accounts, no forms and no comments, and we do not ask you for personal information here.

The website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers log standard request data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are handled under Vercel's own privacy policy.

All contact with the firm, including new cases, applications and privacy requests, happens in our Discord server. Information you share there is processed by Discord under Discord's own privacy policy.

Inside our server, what you write in a ticket is visible to you and to the firm's members who handle it. We use it only to deal with your request, and we do not sell or share it outside the firm.

This website links to Discord and may link to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Project Ventura is a mature game, and the firm works only with people who are 18 or older. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

You may ask what information we hold about you in our Discord server, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, open a privacy ticket in our Discord server:

We do not offer a public email address. We will respond in the ticket. Requests about request logs held by Vercel, or data held by Discord, are best made to those companies directly.
