How a case runs

The order we work in on personal injury cases.

  1. Step 01

    Document the injury

    We collect hospital and EMS records and fix the timeline while it is fresh.

  2. Step 02

    Establish fault

    Footage, crash scenes and statements show who caused it and how.

  3. Step 03

    Demand

    We put a written demand to the responsible party or their insurer, with the evidence attached.

  4. Step 04

    Litigate if needed

    If the demand is refused, we take the claim to court.

  • The other party's name and vehicle, if known
