From ticket to attorney
Step 1: Open a ticket
Join our Discord and open a case ticket. Only you and the firm can see it.
Step 2: Tell us what happened
Write it down in order and attach what you have. The checklist below covers what we need.
Step 3: We review it
A member of the firm reads the ticket, asks for anything missing and tells you whether we can take the case.
Step 4: Your attorney takes over
If we take it, an attorney is assigned and agrees the terms with you in the ticket before any work starts.

What to include
Copy the sheet into your ticket and answer each line. Clips first, then screenshots, then witnesses.

- 02Date and time of the incident
- 03Location: street, nearest landmark, Florence or Hayward
- 04Agency, and the officer's callsign or badge number if known
- 05What happened, in order
- 06Clips, screenshots and the names of any witnesses
