01Who we are

Counsel that knows the record

Hayward Legal Group represents clients across Ventura, in Florence and Hayward: police misconduct, personal injury and general practice.

Malachi Bowman founded the firm and Tyler Lee co-founded it. The two partners lead every matter we take, and each case carries a partner's name from intake to close.

We know the agencies and the law that binds them. Our work starts with the record and ends in front of the people who have to answer for it.

02How we work

Three rules, every case

    The record decides

    We build every case on footage, logs and statements. Not on who shouts loudest.

    Before we file anything we request the bodycam, pull the MDT entries and take the statements. The claim is built from what they show.

  2. 02

    Every badge answers

    FCPD, the Sheriff's Office, VHP or the SBI. The law binds all of them the same way.

    We file with the department and in court, whichever agency the officer serves. A badge is a duty, not a shield.

  3. 03

    Straight answers

    If we can help, we say how. If we cannot, we say so the same day.

    Every ticket is read by a member of the firm. You hear plainly whether we can help, and what it will take.

A firm is known as much by what it turns down. These are not negotiable.

    Cases that break the rules

    Declined

    We do not represent members or clients who break the Roblox Terms of Use or REACT Studios' rules for Project Ventura, and we do not take a case that depends on breaking them.

    Anyone under 18

    Declined

    The firm works only with people who are 18 or older, as clients and as members.

  3. 03

    Real-world payment

    Declined

    Fees are agreed in advance and paid in in-game currency only. We never ask for or accept real money, gift cards or Robux purchases.
